Due to continued growth, we are looking for a qualified or near-qualified Marine Mechanic to join our friendly and professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a coastal lifestyle change, working close to the water in a clean, modern workshop environment.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the diagnosis, servicing, and repair of late-model outboard motors, as well as new boat fit-outs and pre-delivery preparation.

Key duties include:
• Diagnose, service, and repair outboard motors
• Working primarily on Suzuki and E-Tec engines
• New boat fit-outs and pre-delivery inspections
• General marine mechanical work on late-model motors only
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety

About You
We are ideally looking for someone who is:
• Qualified Marine Mechanic (preferred), or
• Marine Mechanic apprentice close to completing their time
You will also have:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• A reliable, positive attitude and ability to work in a team
• Pride in your work and attention to detail
• A commitment to safety and quality standards
