Itβs taken a week to let this all sink in!
3 of our runners took on Brisbane last weekend.
After a solid training block returning back from an 18 mth injury hiatus, Coach Kryssi made her Hyrox debut. She came home with a Champion flag π³οΈ finishing 1ST in her age division and 29th overall out of almost 1000!
A result she had hoped for and certainly trained for, but to see it come to life was pretty special π€©
Karina and Andrew also competed, Karina in her second Hyrox doubles, shaving 6 mins off her previous time. And Andrew in his 4th event, doing back to back doubles and mixed.
What an awesome weekend- looks like Hyrox has been added to the race calendar! π₯πͺπΌππΌ

Hobart Marathon β
Anyone can show up when itβs going well.
But showing up when itβs hard? Thatβs where growth happens.
These guys would never make excuses or reasons as to why βit wasnβt their dayβ
They battled through personal setbacks, tough weeks, and everything life threw at themβ almost, and with good reason, not making it to the start line. But, in the only way they know, they sucked it up and got it done.
As a coach, this is what Iβm most proud of.
Grit and heart, over perfection π€
Amazing results from the crew π

What a weekend at ππ»ββοΈππΎ
Months of hard work, early alarms, long runs in the heat, setbacks, and many questions of self doubt β¦ all leading to like thisβ¦ the magic of race day π
Milestones, age group podiums and PBs. Some real physical and mental battles, and lessons. A whole lot of inspiration! Everyone out there achieved something big and I couldnβt be more proud of our amazing team.
Race day vibes were real. The support these guys showed towards each other is pretty special.
Love our community ππ€
