It was wonderful to see such a fantastic turnout at our Boating Safety & Flare Night!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the evening such a success. It was great to see so many people from the boating, fishing community taking the opportunity to learn more about staying safe on the water.

A special thank you to Maritime Safety Queensland, Queensland Water Police Service, and Nautical Supplies for sharing their expertise, answering questions, and providing informative flare and lifejacket demonstrations.

We would also like to sincerely thank the Yorkeys K**b Boating Club for generously supplying the venue, staff and cooking facilities, helping make the evening run so smoothly. Thank you to Specialty Meats Smithfield for generously donating the sausages for the BBQ.

A big thank you also goes to all of our volunteers and committee members who worked behind the scenes to organise this fantastic event.
