☀️🚣♀️ Saturday morning training started with a solid warm-up 💪🤸♀️ before hitting the water 🌊 to focus on what makes a great crew—technique 🎯, timing ⏱️, teamwork 🤝, and communication 🗣️.
Every stroke counts 💥 as we continue building strength 💪, refining our skills 🚣♀️, supporting each other 💚, and paddling together as one crew.
