Evergreen goalkeeper Kev Ward was the hero against Edge Hill, rolling back the years with two incredible penalty saves to secure the shootout victory and send our Marlin Coast Rangers Premier Men through to the Grand Final! 🔥

Kev has been in outstanding form all season, and when his teammates needed him most, he stepped up and delivered.

A huge special mention also goes to Cara Hickling, who performed superbly after stepping in as goalkeeper for our FQPL Ladies. Cara also produced a brilliant penalty save during their heartbreaking shootout loss to Stratford. An outstanding effort! 💙🤍

And a massive shout-out to Jesse McCormack, who has really stepped up over the past two weeks—providing two assists last week before finding the back of the net last night! 👏⚽

Our Premier Ladies have given absolutely everything this season and what a way to cap off our first season in the Premier Ladies Division.

To make the first round of the semi-finals is an incredible achievement, and a milestone the club hasn’t reached in over 10 years. 🥹👏

From the very first game to tonight, these ladies have shown heart, determination, resilience and an unbelievable amount of fight. They’ve grown together, battled together and represented our club with so much pride.

We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. 💙

Our season may be over, but what we’ve built together is only just beginning.

Thank you to our players, coaching staff, volunteers, families and supporters who have been there every step of the way.
