🖤💖 WE'RE CELEBRATING 4 YEARS... AND I'M BACK! 💖🖤

This month is a huge milestone for Dance Fit FNQ, and I couldn't be more excited!

After months of recovering from a foot fracture, I've officially been given the all-clear by my orthopaedic surgeon to return to the dance floor... just in time to celebrate Dance Fit FNQ's 4th Birthday! 🎉💃

Four years ago, Dance Fit FNQ started with a simple goal—to create a fun, welcoming space where everyone could move, laugh and feel good. Since then, we've shared hundreds of classes, countless laughs and built an awesome community that I'm proud to be part of.

My recovery has reminded me that movement is a gift, and I can't wait to get back on the dance floor doing what I love with all of you.

Whether you've been dancing with me for years, have been waiting for classes to return, or you've been thinking about giving Dance Fit a go, this is your sign!

No dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move, laugh, and have fun in a supportive, welcoming community.
