Our kids classes return this week 🥋👊
Kicking off this Monday with our tiny tots (3-6yr olds) 4.45pm!
Then Wednesday and Friday our 6-12yr olds take the mat at 4.45pm!
See you then 🫡

This Friday we had the pleasure of welcoming Ken, a judoka and MMA fighter from Kyoto!
Yawa, a female wrestler from Nagano!
And Ben from Jigsaw Martial Arts for some friendly randori!

This weekend two of our athletes had the privilege of competing at the ASIA-OCEANIA YOUTH & JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS 🤼‍♀️

In the -65kg category Alyssa Formosa came away with a bronze medal 🥉

& in the +98 category Odysseas Kolovisteas also took home a bronze 🥉

Well done team 👊Everyone is immensely proud of your efforts 🙌
