Natalie Rowe and Tricia Dowling were the sponsors for our Single Stableford competition in two divisions. Lynn Hyde (Div 2) was the star of the show coming in with a stunning 44 points. Margaret McManus was the winner in Div 1 winning with 38 points on a countback from Joan Fellowes. Doreen Beach was runner-up in Div 2 with 37 points on a countback from Elsie Mann. Teams of 4 players joined in the fun to play the Lone Ranger format in conjunction with a single Stroke competition. The team of Suzan Malligan, Janine O’Keefe, Sue Graham and Viv Brown were the winners of the team event. Nat Rowe with a score of 67 and Joan Fellowes (69 score) were the Division 1 winners of the Stroke event while Sue Graham with a score of 71 and Elsie Mann (72 score) were the winners in Division 2. Our thanks go to Joan Fellowes for sponsoring the team event and to the club for their sponsorship of the Stroke comp.
