His question: Is it realistic to set a goal of doubling in the next 12 months?

Ben (one of our clients) is in China on holiday!
Check out Ben's photos - playing golf on a vendor jolly in China.
He got there by hitting their target of air conditioning systems bought (and sold).
Nice to see him enjoying the benefits of his hard work.

Alex went from stressed and stretched thin to profitable and manageable.
Since coaching with Jon, Alex is having his first-ever profitable year, is less stressed, off the weekend grind, and finally in control of his business.

From the “world's best procrastinator” to running a thriving business in less than 12 months
ALEX: I am the world's best procrastinator
My business was floundering, not going forward
I've been to other business coaches who I learnt from but Small Fish is a good fit for me
They're always available, always approachable
They hold you accountable
They help you with all the processes that you just don't know how to do as a tradesman
You're just not trained for any of this stuff
Coaching with Small Fish? It’s good value

Ah LinkedIn, you funny thing. I've been getting messages from people today congratulating me on 20 years as a business coach.
Which is nice that people send a nice message.
And it's interesting to reflect on 20 years since I jumped out of corporate life and into having my own business as a business coach.
I enjoy this more than that.
Most of the tradies I meet like having their own business more than they liked working for someone else, even when it's hard.
I like nobody telling me what I have to do - I can make my own decisions.
And that I can take time off and holidays whenever I want.
It's not the same for every tradie, is it? Some of you are more tied to your business than I am to mine... but it doesn't have to be that way.
What would you like in your trades business?
