🎶 First half of dance class will be our weekly Afro, Caribbean, Latino groove along fusion where we’ll work on:

🌼 Finding your heart n souls rhythm
🌼 Learning new moves
🌼 Embrace your feminine energy and self love embodiment
🌼 Self expression and energy release
🌼 Followed by our dance party
All whilst having FUN and working up a sweat
