Block G has officially landed legends! This is a 5 week movement block where you’re really going to kick goals!
We’re back to Loaded (Lower bias) Mondays, with Loaded (Upper bias) Fridays + Body for your Tues, Thurs lineup!
Optional Pilates only in the evening has shifted to Tuesdays 4:30/5:30/6:30 pm!
Block G still features Wednesdays Pilates Strength, Sat 360 and Sun Pilates Only as you’ve grown accustomed to. This rotation keeps it fresh as well as giving individual members who can only train on specific days a chance to access the whole cross section of our comprehensive progressive overload.
Your GAINS: Squat and hinge mastery, strong and stable in every direction, overhead push and pull functional strength. WINNING! Xx

“I’m so excited to be joining the amazing trainer team girl gang at STRONG Byron! I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 18 years, with a background in strength and conditioning, and specialising in post-natal fitness. Helping people feel stronger, more confident, and capable in their bodies is something I genuinely love.
I’ve also been a STRONG human for almost two years, so I know exactly what it’s like to be on the other side of the mic! It’s become one of my favourite ways to train, and I’m so ready to now be coaching alongside such an incredible team.

With 400 SESSIONS (hello blue steel socks) in her back pocket in Byron, and 461 within the broader STRONG network, Bella has fully activated weapon mode! She’s completely captured our hearts over the last 2 years and is truly just a joy to have as part of our community. Her enthusiasm for life is palpable every time she steps foot in the studio, and she genuinely shines from the inside out. ✨
She’s started to colour outside the lines with her love of Pilates, and we’re low key hoping that when she completes her clinical teacher training, that she’ll consider joining the ranks of very own trainer team girl gang. 💁🏻♀️ With a smile that can light up any room, she regularly makes others around her, especially newcomers, feel instantly at ease.
