⚽ Jillaroos Social Soccer Round – Mental Health Awareness 💙

On Friday, 12 June, GMAS Soccer, in partnership with MacKillop United Soccer Club, will host the Jillaroos social soccer round at Churchill Park.
This event is part of the Football South West social tournament, with registered teams participating.
This round has been dedicated as a Mental Health Awareness event, supporting Beyond Blue, in memory of Mr Brad Taylor - a valued member of our school community whose passion for soccer, coaching, and supporting young people continues to inspire us all.
Brad was a strong advocate for the all-girls Jillaroos program and was interviewed by Football Australia in 2024 about his involvement. Many will remember the video shared at his memorial that reflected his commitment and impact.

A huge thank you to all of the amazing volunteers from both clubs who have worked hard to get this evening off the ground — we couldn't do it without you!

Come down, cheer on our girls & soak up a great night of soccer. Jillaroos nights are honestly some of the BEST nights of the season, fun, loud, supportive & absolutely buzzing with community spirit. This one is going to be no different!

We are currently seeking a few more players to complete our teams for the 2026 season at Mackillop United Soccer Club. In particular, we urgently need:

• Girls born in 2014
• Boys and girls born in 2015

These players are needed to help fill our Under 11 and Under 12 mixed teams.

Mackillop United is an awesome club that truly believes in giving every child a go. We pride ourselves on being a fun, inclusive and supportive environment where kids can develop their skills, build friendships and simply enjoy the game, most importantly, we have an incredible community of families, volunteers and players who make the club such a welcoming place to be.
