Stop guessing whether to push through pain during your training sessions.

There are two types of people when pain shows up. One stops training altogether. One ignores it and pushes through anyway. Both are wrong. Here's how to actually tell the difference:

😣 Sharp or shooting pain? Stop. Full stop. That's your body telling you something's wrong.
😕 Dull ache or discomfort? Usually fine. Modify the movement, drop the weight, find a version you can still do.
🤔 The real test: is it getting worse as you go, or staying the same/easing up? Worse = stop. Same or better = you're doing it right.

Save this for your next training session. Listen to your body, not your ego.
