Love CrossFit or thinking about starting? Have a read of this article to see whether it is for you.
As mentioned in the article, there are good and bad sides to CrossFit (as with anything). The biggest thing to think about is whether you think you are putting yourself at risk of injury, either short or long term.
Be very picky about the gym you choose and make sure they are VERY good at teaching and encouraging correct technique!
CrossFit can be a good way to increase your fitness and improve your health but only if exercises are performed with correct technique so that your risk of injury is reduced.

I am looking for 16 mums that fit the following criteria to undergo a 6 Week journey to get back into shape and get their health back on track.
- age 25 or older
- 5-20kg to lose
- wants to drop 1-2 dress sizes
- is willing to take before and after measurements and photos
- can dedicate 45 minutes, 2-3 times per week to train
