This weekend I’m competing at The Butterfly Effect 🦋

Not to win anything - just to put myself in the same shoes I ask all of you to step into.

A little nervous, very grateful and looking forward to throwing down with some amazing women!

The best bit of signing up for a Fit Mumma comp? Coordinating your fit with your bestie before you even think about the workouts 😂

Doesn’t matter if it’s matching tees or matching sports bras, turning up as a team makes it feel like less of a comp and more of a day out with your best mumma mate who also happens to throw down.

Regos for the next one are open now, tag your bestie and get planning your kit 👇

The best seats in the house are always taken by the little ones cheering their mums on 🥹

Every rep, every lift, every finish line - they’re watching. And what they’re learning is that mums are strong, mums show up, and mums chase big goals too.

This is what Fit Mumma is really about.

25 October, Sunshine Coast. Come be part of it.

Strong mums raise strong humans. 💛
