❤️🖤 A great night of learning at Burleigh Bombers! 🖤❤️

Tonight's umpire clinic was a fantastic success, with 21 participants taking part and a great mix of new and experienced umpires eager to develop their skills.

A huge thank you AFL Queensland and Gold Coast AFL Umpires Association, especially Peter McKenzie, for delivering such an engaging and informative session. We really appreciate you giving up your time to support our young umpires and help grow the game.

A special shout out to Tim Gregory, Mack Dodd and Sayre Dodd, who jumped in to assist with the practical drills throughout the evening. Your knowledge, enthusiasm and willingness to help made a real difference.

It was also fantastic to see six females involved. Creating opportunities for girls and women in umpiring is something we're passionate about, and it's great to see that interest continuing to grow.

To top off a great night, everyone enjoyed a gourmet sausage sizzle thanks to the club.

A big thank you to everyone who came along. It's nights like these that strengthen our umpiring and footy community and help build the confidence and skills of our next generation of umpires.

🏉 Bring your footy, jumper or cap along to get it signed, then hit the track and train alongside some of the fastest players in the AFLW!
