Warm up flowed straight into the main work — built to prep the body, then challenge full body strength, control and core stability.

Warm up:
• single leg bridge + single leg footwork
• crunches

Main flow:
• squat + single arm narrow row (holding both long loops) with rotation
• 4pt kneeling scrambled eggs (leg circles)
• reverse crunches + candlesticks
