To participate you must be able to swim 200m under 5 minutes & further 5 minutes treading water.

Salty Sunday SWIM CHALLENGE 💙

This Sunday 1.9km 70.3 course swim is looking awesome at Burleigh👌

Whether you are planning to take on the Sunshine Coast 70.3 in 3 weeks time and need a swim hit out OR you want to swim a replica of this course for something different - this swim is for you.

After a warm up and activation with a coach we will have a rolling start (ground of 5-10 every 15secs) from the beach (something different) to complete the course where you can complete course in one go or have a little rest & reset at each quarter can.

Salty good times guaranteed 🩵

Dan does such an incredible job with capturing our swims. These are all the stills from yesterday. As an art teacher, I may have to do a few landscape paintings as I’ve never seen a more stunning Gold Coast sunrise 🌅
