We knew we had to come out firing today and the girls did exactly that. 🦌🔥

An epic team goal opened the scoring Zeldi with the cross, Eden there to BANG it home. ⚽️

Figtree hit back with two and, with 10 minutes to go, we were chasing the game. But these girls never stopped. They fought right to the final whistle, creating chances until the very last minute including a 1v1 denied by a brilliant save from the Figtree keeper.

The effort from Bundeena is unmatched.

A mixed team of 11, 12 and 13-year-olds. A club of around 200 players taking on clubs with 1,000+ and showing exactly what we can produce.

Our Champions of Champions run ends here, but what these girls have gained from the last two weeks is bigger than a result: belief.

They now know they belong at this level.

Take that confidence into 2027 — you best believe, we believe. 🧡💚

The Bundeena girls travelled to Gosford today, fighting the heat and a very well-drilled Gosford City side in an absolute epic.

Trailing 1–0 at half-time, the girls fought their way back into the game.

Then, with just 30 seconds left on the clock, Akira found the back of the net to secure an incredible 2–1 win!

Huge saves from Bella, a massive defensive goal line clearance from Josie, and an enormous effort from every single girl in brutal conditions.

This weekend our W13A girls hit the road to take on Gosford City FC in the Champions of Champions! 🏆⚽️

After an incredible season — Minor Premiers, Grand Final Champions and now making history as Bundeena Maianbar FC’s first-ever team to compete in Champions of Champions — there’s one more adventure ahead.

These girls have represented our little club with skill, determination, teamwork and a whole lot of heart.

Now it’s time to take Fear the Deer on tour! 🦌🔥

Travel safe, play your football, back each other and enjoy every second of an opportunity you’ve earned.

The whole Bundeena community is behind you.

⚽️🧡💚 PRESENTATION DAY IS ALMOST HERE! 💚🧡⚽️

It’s time to celebrate another incredible season at Bundeena Maianbar Football Club! 🦌

Join us on Saturday 12th September at Bundeena Oval for an afternoon celebrating our players, coaches, managers, volunteers and our amazing football community.

⏰ 12pm - Presentation Day kicks off
🏆 1pm – Presentations begin
Coaches may present their teams awards and say a few words.

🌭 1x FREE sausage sizzle, drink & iceblock for all registered players
🌭 1x FREE sausage sizzle for managers & coaches
🥪 Additional sausage sandwiches available to purchase
🥤 Canteen open for drinks & snacks

📖 A QR code will be available on the day for a digital copy of the yearbook and team photos.
A printed copy of team photos will be gifted to all players.

Bring your picnic blanket, chairs and snacks, settle in and enjoy the afternoon with your football family. 🧡💚
