🚵‍♀️ A little throwback to the school holidays!

Back in the June/July school holidays, the boys and I headed out to the Promised Land Mountain Bike Trails for an event organised by Mountain Bike Bundaberg — and it was such a great morning!

Sally Firth was fabulous, coaching the kids (and me! 😅) on riding technique, tackling the trails and how to ride safely. It was a great opportunity to learn a few new skills, build some confidence and just enjoy being out on the bikes together.

We had such a good experience that I wanted to give Mountain Bike Bundaberg a shout-out — especially as they have a social ride this Saturday, 29 August at 2:00pm.
