Your vision isn’t too big.

The world around it is too small. | Live, lead and build at the level of what you’re here to create. | Creator of The Illumination Tables

There is a version of you who knew exactly what you needed to be to build the success you have today.

The identity who learned to value knowledge.
Who had the answer faster than anyone else.
Who made decisions from the facts.
Who planned every scenario.
Who could work the problem until a solution appeared.

Certainty served her well.

But the identity that knows how to execute what is already clear can become deeply uncomfortable when the next level arrives only in fragments.

The Notes-app thoughts that refuse to quieten.
The offer that doesn’t fit neatly into a category.
The questions she keeps circling.
The ideas she cannot yet logically explain.
The parts of her work she keeps trimming because she cannot justify what they mean yet.

‘How do I make this make sense?’

One of the hardest parts of expansion for a woman who built her success on solving is loosening her loyalty to certainty.

Her need to understand the whole picture before she trusts the first stroke.

Her instinct to organise the fragments before they have had time to meet.

Her expectation that the next move should arrive with the same clarity as the last one.

There is nothing wrong with the woman who needed certainty.

She built well with it. Clients. Money. Reputation.

But the woman moving into her next expression cannot require every new possibility to prove itself before she lets it live.

She notices what keeps returning.
Words. Images. Feelings. Thoughts.

She stays curious.

She gives the unfinished idea space to breathe.

She lets the pieces sit beside each other long enough for something new to connect.

She does not need to know what it will become before she allows it to matter.

You can honour the woman who was.

And still let curiosity lead you towards what you could never have planned from where you were.

Curiosity creates what certainty cannot.

And what you choose to stay curious about now decides what becomes visible next.

This is the work inside The Vantage Point. A private 1:1 to gather the thoughts, ideas and fragments that keep returning, see what is beginning to connect, and reveal the deeper thread underneath what is asking to become next.

DM VANTAGE I'll show you.

I refuse to turn the final ping - ‘how do I join?’ - into a quick ‘amazing, what’s next?’

The first Illumination Table is fully seated. And I am absolutely celebrating the hell out of that.

Six months ago, there was no Table. No women saying ‘I’m in’. No proof that something I could see so clearly would become something other women wanted to step into too.

Less than a week after sharing the vision, every seat has the right woman’s name on it.

That matters.

Ambitious visionary women are exceptionally good at moving.

There’s another idea.
Another opportunity.
Another layer of the vision you can already see.

I love that about you.

But do you really want to build a life so focused on what’s coming that you barely taste what has already arrived?

I don’t.

I want the full five-star experience.

The ridiculous smile when you think, ‘I actually did that.’

The ‘do you remember when…?’ stories.

The feeling when the world around me starts catching up to something I’ve been holding for a long time.

Celebration turns a moment into a memory.

Memory becomes evidence.
Evidence that you chose.
That you moved.

That the thing you once imagined became something you created - and chose to live inside.

And that evidence shows you what can change when you trust what you see and move with it.

So what are you skimming straight past?

The first yes to the thing you were terrified to put into the world.

The chapter you finally allowed yourself to close.

The client who finally reached out.

The invitation with your name on it.

The decision you were scared to make but made anyway.

The version of you from a year ago would look at your life today and think, ‘Damn. She actually did it.’

Celebrate her.

Then ask:

What is the evidence pointing to?

What is gaining weight?

What is genuinely being asked of me now?

That’s where The Vantage Point lives - enough distance from the immediacy of your work to see what’s changing, what keeps you circling, and what is my vision asking me to lead now.

DM ‘VANTAGE’ if you're ready to see what deserves your attention next.

You’re halfway through explaining your idea when you see it.

That tiny cheek twitch. The polite little nod. The blank look that tells you they don’t quite see what you see.

So you rein your excitement in, make the idea sound more practical and bring the conversation back down to earth.

Meanwhile, your Notes app is overflowing with the version you didn’t say.

Your sharper thoughts, the bigger questions, the standard you would change in your industry if you stopped waiting for someone else to understand it first.

You already know how to be successful.

You’ve hit more roadblocks and risen on the other side more times than most people could ever imagine.

And you’ve always known you were meant for more than simply running a business or leading someone else’s vision.

You want your work carrying your name beyond the clients you outgrew three years ago.

For someone you’ve never met to quote your thinking in a room you’re not even in.

For the questions you were once afraid were ‘too much’ to become the conversations everyone else is finally ready to have.

That is the woman The Illumination Table was created for.

On 9 September, six women are taking their seats at the in-person Illumination Table in Bundaberg.

They’re not coming for another networking morning.

They’re coming for a table that expects all of them - their ambition, their depth, their lived experience, their perspective and the questions they are ready to think about differently.

A table where another woman’s wisdom can take your own thinking somewhere it wouldn’t have gone alone.

Where a conversation can shift the way you see something in your life, leadership or business.

Where you don’t have to make your thinking easier for the room to digest.

Two seats remain.

If you know exactly what it feels like to edit down what you really think so the room can keep up, this table is for you.

DM me ‘TABLE’ to secure one of the final two seats.

Your vision is never going to be understood by everyone, and nor do you want it to be.

Your vision is solid, you know excrly where you're heading, but lately when you've been posting, you're attracting comments like 'I don't get it, what are you building?' Or 'who exactly is this for?'

No one likes to feel that their messaging is not clear but, what if...

Your messaging is not wrong?
Your offers are not wrong?

What if you're work is early?

If your messaging or offers are triggering people to comment - its not wrong, its just they are not your people.

The ones your work is for, they will get it, they will feel it to the bones. And they generally never comment in public.

A snide remark, or comment asking you to explain 100 different ways is a good thing. So celebrate, and keep talking to your people, they will find you.

If you're a visionary women or leader building something that matters and you're being misunderstood there is a seat at my Illumination Table with your name on it.

An intimate in person event in Bundaberg, 9th September - DM me for the link.

Only a couple of seats remain.

It's time we normalise women owning the full magnitude of their multidimensional wisdom.

And using it to create movements, wealth, impact and change bigger than themselves.

Because some women are done making their body of work more palatable.

Done making their thinking easier for the world to digest.

Done trimming the edges from an idea they know could change something because the rooms around them aren't ready to see it yet.

You're allowed to be ambitious without becoming an ice queen.

You're allowed to feel so deeply your chest hurts because the impact you create is equally as important as being recognised fully for it.

You're allowed to be intellectually hungry for conversations that are bold, electric and stimulating whilst challenging your core.

You don't need another room full of women that asks you to bring less of yourself.

You need a table that expects all of you.

That is The Illumination Tables.

Monthly curated, intimate tables for women who are done running a business and ready to move the world with all of their wisdom.

12 seats only

DM me ‘TABLE’ to apply for a seat at the September online table.

A Visionary woman will move the chair 10mm to the left, rewrite the invite twice and notice the one detail everyone else walked straight past.

She knows the lighting is too bright, too dark or casting shadows.

She knows the client experience is almost there - but almost isn’t the same as right.

She’ll spend another twenty minutes finding the exact words that will leave the room feeling activated.

Remove the extra step from the workbook 30 minutes out from deadline.

And yet, someone who loves her and has been watching her endlessly ‘perfect’ every detail for four hours will eventually say:

‘Your standards are too high.’

So you pull back.

You soften the idea.

Leave the little details out.

Choose the version that is easier to create, easier to deliver, easier for everyone else to swallow.

And then there's that question that creeps in everytime you try to hold firm:

‘Is it too much? Am I too much?’

You never wanted to build just any business, or serve any clients. And you certainly never wanted to have an ordinary life around ‘that’ll do’.

You wanted to create something people feel.

The kind of room where every detail has been considered.

The kind of client experience that changes something before you’ve even begun speaking.

The kind of work deep enough to move a client from what they already know into something they couldn’t see before they came to you.

You never wanted to constantly edit down to fit a model that asks for more volume, more performance and more compromise.

You wanted to leave your mark on the world.

That part of you that notices what others miss?

That isn’t the part of you to tone down.

It’s the part your vision needs to be built around.
