Sometimes growth asks us to leave behind spaces, chapters and versions of ourselves that once meant so much.

The Little Blue Shop will always hold a very special place in my heart. It was a chapter of learning, connection, courage and so much growth.

And now I’m stepping into a season of expansion, new beginnings and staying open to where Alchemy Flow Bodyworks wants to go next.

I don’t have every part of the path mapped out yet — but I’m learning that new beginnings don’t always need a perfect plan. Sometimes they simply ask us to trust the next step.

Here’s to honouring where we’ve been, while making space for what’s still to come.

Lately, I’ve realised that every level of growth and expansion asks us to let go of an old version of ourselves.

The day I found out I had to leave the home of my business, The Little Blue Shop, was also the day my relationship ended.

Two significant endings.

No notice.

Completely blindsided.

A few years ago, I don’t think I would have handled that very well.

But this time was different.

Not because it wasn’t hard…

But because I’ve spent the last few years doing the inner work.

Learning to regulate my nervous system.

Healing old patterns around fear, scarcity and self-worth.

With the support of Biggles from Bundy Oasis Hypnotherapy, I’ve also been uncovering limiting beliefs around money that I’ve carried for much of my life. Through boundary work and learning what it truly feels like to create inner safety, I’ve experienced so much personal growth.

I’ve realised those beliefs were never really about money.

They were about feeling safe.

What surprised me most was that, even while I was navigating those two endings, I continued showing up for my clients.

They left feeling calmer.

They rebooked.

They shared beautiful feedback.

It reminded me that when we do our own inner work, we’re able to hold space for others, even during life’s most challenging seasons.

This chapter has asked me to trust myself more than ever before.

For a while now, I’ve felt like I’ve been in a cocoon.

Growing.

Preparing.

Transforming.

Now it feels like it’s finally time to spread my wings.

To everyone who has supported me, offered ideas, encouragement, practical help, or simply believed in me… thank you.

Your kindness has meant more than you’ll ever know.

One Nervous System at a Time

Yesterday was my last ever session at The Little Blue Shop.

Today, I move out and lock the doors for the last time.

It’s bittersweet.

The Little Blue Shop has held so much over the past chapter of my life—laughter, tears, quiet moments, growth, and so many meaningful connections.

I’m incredibly grateful to Emma, David and Marion for welcoming me into this special space and allowing me to be part of its story. Thank you for your kindness, support and friendship. I hope our paths continue to cross, and perhaps one day we’ll even collaborate again.

To every client who visited The Little Blue Shop, thank you. Thank you for trusting me, supporting my business, booking a Gratitude Session, and making this chapter so incredibly meaningful.

While it’s sad to say goodbye, I know this is part of my expansion.

Part of my growth.

Part of trusting myself.

My hope is that this next chapter allows me to support even more people by creating a space where they feel seen, held, safe and loved, and where they can gently move through whatever they’ve been carrying.

From 5th August, I’ll be welcoming you to my temporary space at Nurture Acupuncture, upstairs in the Target Arcade.

Amanda wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported her during her time at The Little Blue Shop.

Over the past 15 months, she has had the privilege of welcoming so many beautiful people into this special space. Together they’ve shared conversations, healing, laughter, tears, growth and countless moments of gratitude.

Limited spaces

Some of you have asked why we’re leaving The Little Blue Shop, so I wanted to share.

The lease has ended and won’t be renewed, so everyone will be moving on to new spaces.

While it’s sad to say goodbye, I trust this change is making room for something new. The sad part is that the owners are leaving this building empty and abandoned. 😭😭😭😭

I’m so grateful for the past 15 months and for every beautiful client who has shared this space with me—it’s been filled with so much connection, healing, and growth.

I’m now looking forward to finding a new home for Alchemy Flow Bodyworks and continuing to support this wonderful community.
