Day 2 ✌🏽 of the Gladiator Games at Ark Health & Fitness
What an awesome turnout in the Intermediate division! So great to see so many athletes throwing down and giving it their all.
Our three teams did an incredible job. Double unders, handstand walks, and muscle-ups that were only learned in the weeks leading up to the comp were all put to the test on the competition floor — and they absolutely stepped up.

Monday 15th - Sunday 21st
Week 2 of Project Mayhem (strength cycle)
Week 2 is here, and the focus stays the same: consistency over intensity. Don’t worry about “winning” the cycle this week—focus on moving well, building good habits, and stacking quality sessions together.
💥 This week’s highlights:
✔️Tempo back squats & goblet squat volume
✔️Upper-body stamina & midline strength
✔️Pause deadlifts with grip and pacing challenges
✔️Rope climbs & double unders
✔️Run + burpee test to finish the week (or choose the recovery option if your body needs it)
If you’re training 5+ days this week, be smart about when you push and when you scale. Looking after your grip, shoulders, and core early in the week will set you up for stronger performances later on.
WEDNESDAY- OLYMPIC lifting is replaced with a lower body strength session! We do this 1 a month , a great session to build strength 💪🏽
THURSDAY - FREE SESSIONS , The workout programmed for Thursday is perfect for newbies to come and join , no strength or gymnastics! Book via Mindbody!
