𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 – 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 (𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬)

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and trustworthy Administration Assistant to support our Members and Committee two-three days per week.
Days/hours are flexible and training available to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
📧 General administration duties: Email and phone message management, handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing, scanning and document management, Club compliance
💰 Payroll processing
📊 Xero invoicing, banking reconciliation, reporting
🗂️ Membership management and data entry

About You:
✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
🧠 Ability to work autonomously
🌟 A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks
🧾 Experience with Xero (preferred), Revolutionise Sport & IdealPOS a bonus
