This stack of Dumbells is the amount of weight I've lost in the past 9 months. Let's remind everyone that I put on a massive 32kgs whilst pregnant, and have been consistent with my nutrition and exercise since 6 weeks Post partum. Going back, and almost being a beginner with my training, and moving my body with all that extra weight (plus additional SIJ pain, and abdominal separation) was not easy, but with a little hard work and determination, I am now here 22kgs lighter!!!
I still have a huge way to go, but my mindset is the most clear and determined that I've ever been.
It hasn't been all about losing weight (sure that helps) but it was getting my body and mind to be the strongest it's ever been. Pushing my limits of what was, and reaching for bigger goals, I never thought possible after a baby. 2021 I'm coming for you, and I'm not stopping. Who's with me???

SUPERFIT6 IS BACK BABY!!!

Mum life has got me good, and the ole sleep is all over the place with this bubba at the moment. Hopefully we can get in a better routine as I make my way back to work.......
Yes you heard it!! Maternity leave will be up soon, and I have something very exciting to share with you all soon!

*With the covid ruling, and new bubba, training will be modified, but I'm so keen to see you all again soon 😘*

With a heavy heart I would like to announce that I will be on maternity leave as of this Friday. I am going to miss all my beautiful clients and friendships I've made over the years, and all your smiling faces as I push you through your training. You all mean the absolute world to me.

I will return to work after bub, but cannot give you an eta at this point. My midwife has made it very clear I rest up now, and prepare for a safe arrival of our baby boy.

Thank you all again for your love and support through our time together, and I hope to see you soon on the flip side 😘

I would like to wish all my beautiful clients a very merry Christmas. You all have a special place in my heart, and I wish you nothing but happiness for the Christmas period and new year.
