A series of FREE mental health and wellbeing events coming to Bunbury as part of the Regional WA Wellbeing Initiative, proudly funded by the Dirt n Dust Run and Greater Bunbury Rotary.

Take Charge of Your Wellbeing is a practical 90-minute workshop designed to give people simple tools they can use straight away to better manage stress, improve sleep, build resilience and look after their mental wellbeing.

It's an engaging, down-to-earth workshop filled with practical strategies that people can take home and start using immediately.
