Alchemy Pilates

So today marked my last day teaching at Alchemy. An incredibly bittersweet goodbye to the space and the business for now. While I’m so looking forward to my journey into motherhood, I am terribly sad to be stepping away from the wonderful community that has formed and the service I have been able to provide to you all.
A huge thank you goes out to all those who have come through my doors and learned Pilates from me no matter how brief or long your commitment to your journey.
Pilates has been a leading force in my life for the past 5 years, I truly believe in its ability to heal and provide a functional lifestyle balancing form of exercise. It has been a pleasure to pass some of my knowledge along to clients and students.

I hope to have inspired people to be present in their bodies, to listen to your ability and work your best within this. To throw out some ‘rules’ and simply explore how movement and shapes feel to you. You are all so much more stronger and capable than you give yourself credit, never stop moving well and challenging your limits.

Thank you all for your support over the years, I’ll cherish this part of my life for a long time to come.

The doors to our little Pilates sanctuary in bunbury re-open tomorrow.
