The Tennis Hive The Tennis Hive (formally Andrew Kratzmann Tennis Academy is based at Matthew Flinders Anglican College in Buderim).

Providing coaching and programs for players and parents, including junior and adult coaching, squads and fixtures and quarterly tournament The Tennis Hive (formally Andrew Kratzmann Tennis Academy) was founded in 2004 by former ATP and championship player Andrew Kratzmann. Andrew and his experienced coaching staff offer private and group lessons for all ages and playing ability. Tennis programs available include junior and senior squads, cardio tennis and adult social classes. Please message us should you require further information.

School holidays are almost here! And we’re ready for plenty of tennis, games, challenges and fun at he Tennis Hive 🐝🎾

🥣 WEET-BIX BREAKFAST FROM 8:00AM!
Kick-start the day with a FREE Weet-Bix breakfast before camp gets underway.

Week 1: 21st - 24th September
Week 2: 28th September - 1st October

Full Day: 8:30AM – 3:00PM
4-Day Camp: $280
Single Day: $70
Half Day: $50 (8:30AM – 12:00PM)

Last Sunday our players took to the courts for the Tennis Hive Wimbledon Slam to close out Term 3, complete with a barbecue, strawberries and cream, and a proper dose of Wimbledon weather. Yes, we got rained on. And just like SW19, play went on.

The day kicked off with our two Red divisions and Orange Ball 1 players hitting the court, followed by the Orange Ball squad, then our Green Ball players, and finally the Yellow Ball crew closing out the day.

The atmosphere was something else- parents, grandparents and extended family lining the courts to watch. The rallies were incredible, and so many of the draws came down to the wire.

Watching how much these players have improved this term has been nothing short of phenomenal. We couldn’t have thought of a better way to celebrate the end of Term 3.

On Sunday 13th September from 8am we are hosting our Wimbledon Slam — a full Wimbledon-themed tournament where our Term 3 players get to experience the excitement of competitive tennis, Wimbledon Whites, medals, prizes and of course… strawberries & cream! 🍓

What’s happening on the morning?
🎾 Matches for all levels — from red ball beginners to our strongest juniors
