Looking for some time on the pole outside of your classes? We have $10 unsupervised practice sessions:

POLE PRACTICE TIMES IN TERM 4:
✨Tuesday 11am, 12pm, 4.15pm AND 5:15pm
✨Thursday 1pm, 4.30pm AND 5:30pm
✨Saturday 1pm AND 2pm

‼️These are 1 hour blocks and need to be booked twice if you'd like to stay for both sessions‼️

Please note that booking online in advance is essential and can be done via the Groovio app.

Wednesdays at 5.30pm, casual class for $25.

Stretch for Splits is targeted stretching class for anyone to gain or deepen their flexibility using correct technique to safely stretch your splits, both forwards & middles.

Essential for any dancers and aerialists of any level.

Term 4 on Wednesdays at 8.30pm. 4-week course from 2nd September.

Are you ready to rock?! I said, are you ready to ROCK?!

Imagine if you could wear your pole heels in a mosh pit! That's basically what this class is about, except waaaaaay more sexy!

Heels choreography pole dance course with celebrating all things rock & metal. Heel clacks, hair whips, big tunes and big mood!

Steel Stilettos explores the grungy, aggressive style of pole choreography, dancing to all your favourite heavy metal, rock and alternative tunes.

Heels, kneepads, & attitude essential.

Completion of Inter 1 is required.

👠 CASUAL SL*T'OGRAPHY 👠

Slinky & Sexy old school str*p club pole classes. This is a CASUAL CLASS in Term 4 on Thursdays at 8.30pm with for $25 each session. Please note this is not valid for makeup classes.

Old-school grinds, hip dips, p***y pops, body rolls, floor work, base work and twerking.

Students will learn new choreographies each term including floor work & technique.

Honed, choreographed & taught by Amanda

Suitable for ALL pole levels, including Beginners.

Heels, knee pads and pole shorts required. Dress for class always provides the atmosphere!

Please bring sweat towel, separate pole cleaning towel, water bottle

Get in touch with your sensuality and feel sexy! This class focuses on slowing down your movement to really feel your body and hook the audience. Focusing on hands, feet, faces and finishing moments to capture the libido
