12kg+ weight loss!
Nicole had every excuse not to work as hard as she did given how many issues she had after having her first child.
In 2021 alone she had 5 abdominal surgeries due to infection after her c-section resulting being stuck on pain medication for 7 months+. Along with blood clots in both lungs later that same year leaving her barely able to say 3 words and being out of breath.
In 2022 she worked with exercise physios and dieticians which didn't result in the relief of ongoing pain or weight gain she was suffering.
Earlier this year we caught up and finally got her on track, her pain is significantly reduced, she can actually walk for extended periods of time and still breathe. But more importantly as she described it to me, she feels more confident, stronger and is easily able to keep up with her very energetic toddler.
