To the man who willingly coaches four peri and menopausal women twice a week...

You're either incredibly patient... or just slightly crazy. 😂

Thank you for putting up with the symptoms, the excuses, the laughs, the complaints, and still pushing us to be our strongest selves.

From your favourite group of hormonal women... we appreciate you. ❤️🥊

This Friday, 17th July, we're swapping gloves for microphones at Wings n Tins. 🎶

A huge shout-out to Hendo and Scotty for putting this reel together and getting everyone in the mood for what promises to be a cracking night.

Some will surprise you.
Some will humble you.
All of them will be fun.

The only question is...

Can you complete the challenge? 🥊

Welcome to Meg’s 12 month journey. No shortcuts, no scales, no unrealistic expectations. Just a desire to find herself again after years of losing herself into work and looking after others. We have all been there. Disappearing into the background, slowly and quietly until you don’t even know how to start again.

There is no perfect time to start, it’s just about a desire to get started. However small.

Because showing up isn’t the first step - it might be the one that changes everything!

Meg”s Journey:
Three months ago, Megan walked into FORMA feeling like so many women in midlife—low on energy, carrying stubborn weight, lacking confidence and unsure where to start. We didn’t chase perfection. We focused on consistency, strength, movement and community. Now she’s stronger, moving better, sleeping better, feeling more confident and, most importantly, feels like herself again. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the workout… it’s simply showing up.”

Great coaches shape & inspire lives. Great students honour the process & transform.

Last training session for Leo and Ben before they head up to Brisbane for the Youth and Junior Nationals.

These boys have worked so hard to earn their spot on the NSW team.

We heard some wise words from our previous NSW representatives Holly, Henry and Rach.

The moment you start believing in yourself, everything begins to change. Trust the process. Trust your strength. Keep going.

Louis Story

I looked in the mirror one morning and barely recognised the person staring back—tired, stiff, and not feeling like myself anymore.

The Result? Mote lean muscle, improved mobility!
Six weeks. Almost 10kg down. 7cm off my waist.

At 50, I wanted to improve my fitness, mobility and body shape, but I didn’t want to do it by cutting out everything I enjoy. I still wanted a few beers with mates on the weekend, the occasional pizza, hot chips and ice cream.

So instead of chasing perfection, I focused on consistency.

I trained for at least 40 minutes, five days a week, including two strength sessions to maintain muscle. I kept my calories around 1,500 a day on average, aimed for 100g of protein, and balanced my food across the week rather than stressing over the occasional blowout.

I’m not saying this is the only way to do it—but if you’re waiting for the “perfect” time to start, stop waiting. Start with something you can actually stick to. Six weeks from now, you’ll be glad you did.

Because one day they'll need confidence more than comfort.

Confidence to try.
Confidence to fail and get back up.
Confidence to walk into a room and believe in themselves.

That's why we do what we do.

Our kids don't just learn boxing here.

They learn discipline.
Resilience.
Respect.
And that they are capable of hard things.

The lessons learned in this room stay with them for life.
