The SeaviewRoadBoardriders "Roaders" are one of the eldest clubs in Australia founded in 1964.

We have a junior program called Roaders Groms and a strong senior base which compete in Club Championship rallies & state events.

Roaders represented strongly at the Australian Shortboard Titles this past week in Wollongong, winning heats & making SA proud.

Another fantastic effort by our Club Members & families yesterday at Seaford Bunnings, raising approx $1300 which will go towards our Junior Development Programs. Eight Roaders Groms have signed up to be part of the Roaders Team participating in the 2026 SurfAid Make A Wave, Surf for 30 days challenge, raising money for remote communities to access health care & fresh water.

Held at in semi clean 2-3ft waves at The Dump

With most of our female surfers away or ill Cheryl Peat took out the day over Priya Jakhwal

Reigning club champ Arley surfed clean all day to a win over a very smooth surfing Troy Smith followed by mini Slater Alan Peat with a carving Kiam Higgins coming in 4th

Senior members took over the Bunnings BBQ today โ˜€๏ธ

Thanks to the Partridges, Peats, Jack, Nic, Brad, Bennetts, Smiths, Trafford, Kiam, Kochie, Couda & Kylie for giving up their Sunday. The club raised just under $1500 which will help go towards senior initiatives. Special thanks to Del Bee Andrew Koch for organising the day.

2026 NRMA Insurance Seas the Day Womenโ€™s Surf Festival.

Thanks Surfing Australia for hosting another incredible event.

This was our biggest contingent of girls to attend yet ๐Ÿ™Œparticipating in workshops & surfing in the event, not to mention dancing & pool games afterwards ๐Ÿ’ฆ

Our longboard team came 7th overall & one of our open shortboard teams Roaders Rebels made the quarter finals in the hotly contested division. Thanks Teresa Brown for lending us your longboards.

Senior members had the opportunity to have skin checks by drlibbyturtle Wellbeing Skin while our Roaders Groms participated in some water & basic breath training.
