Been a little quiet on the socials lately… just adjusting to the new normal!

I’m absolutely loving the basketball life here in QLD and even starting to enjoy the weather🥶

With plenty of trials coming up, I’ve been spending every spare minute I can in the gym and putting in the work behind the scenes.

Excited to see where this journey takes me. Can’t wait to see what’s next! 💪

Back in January, we said big things were happening behind the scenes for my basketball journey. Well, this week marked the start of my new normal.

I’ve officially made the move to Queensland and started at Toowoomba Grammar School, where I’ll now be competing weekly in both Club and GPS basketball.

My coaches have already put together my training program, including on-court sessions, strength and conditioning, and recovery. The recovery looks a little different in this cold weather, but I’ll adapt! We’re also locked in for the upcoming Queensland State Performance Trials, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
