We are back from our beautiful European holiday! We finished off our time in the UK and Spain with a cruise on the Disney Dream to Italy. We love sailing Disney Cruise Line - it is such a magical time for both the kids and adults. We made some lovely friends and we're still on a high now that we're home!

Being home of course means that our Sherwood class resumes this Friday for Term 3!!! I'm so excited to see everyone!

It's time to start looking ahead to Term 3!!

We’ve been planning – and we’d love to have you join us! We have $10 trial classes NEXT week 💖 Our Sherwood class is already BOOKED OUT, so be sure you get in and book your trial for our Sumner location!

While we do offer flexible class passes, have you ever wondered about the benefits of committing to a full 8 week term?

Please note:
💗 Mums must be at least 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 12 weeks post c-section and have medical clearance from your health provider.
💗 A valid health form is required before participation.
💗 Need a baby carrier? We’ve got you! Carriers are available to hire – just let us know in advance.

Caring for your wonderful baby carrier includes giving it a regular once over to ensure it is still safe to carry your precious baby.

Grab your carrier and let's have a look at it:
🔎 Check all stitching, checking for loose threads or pulling away from the fabric/webbing, especially at the weight baring points, where the body panel attaches to the shoulder straps top and side and at the waistband.
🔎 Check the fabric- look for any holes, rips, wear or thinning of the fabric especially where it attaches to webbing, has a moving part or rubs on you or anything else.
🔎 Check your buckles or rings for any wear or cracks, click the buckle in and give them a little tug to ensure they are staying closed. If your buckle has a 3 point release check that it is working correctly.
🔎 If your carrier has any clips, snaps, zips or other hardware give them a check too. Be sure to check any accessories you use at the same time.
🔎 While you have your carrier out you could also check to see if you need to change any size settings if baby has grown and your carrier is able to be adjusted.

If you notice any problems with your carrier contact your retailer to check what your next steps should be. This is not an exhaustive list, just some main points. Maintaining your carrier to a high level is your responsibility.

Trainer Mel ran her last class yesterday in Kenmore :(

"As I finish up my time as a Kanga trainer, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey.
I've loved getting to know you all, watching your little ones grow, and being part of such a supportive community. Thank you for your friendship, encouragement, and support, it has meant so much to me.

So long, but definitely not goodbye! 👋 Today was Mel's last Kangatraining class! Sending a massive THANK YOU to Mel, who's worked with me for 3 years running Kangatraining in Kenmore. I've appreciated all hard work, dedication, problem solving, choreo writing, advice and support. You’ve left a lasting mark on our Kangatraining village and will be deeply missed.
