Alan went to Nudgee College (don't hold it against him) where in grade 12 (2002) he played golf for the first time. Within a 8 week period he shot +1 thru 9 holes at Nudgee College and was hooked. His first handicap was 18 and improved as he continued to hone his craft he quickly got down to single figures in a short period of time. Alan stopped playing golf as life and other pursuits got in the way but took up the game again in 2009. Alan quickly realised his true calling and decided to improve his game, and began a traineeship so he could turn professional. All this whilst working night fill at Big W to fund his dreams. After playing well in assessment rounds and going through the interview procedure, Alan began his traineeship & finished at Wantima Country Club under the guidance of Tom Arnott. During his traineeship, Alan's passion for club fitting and club building began, which has led him to starting his own business to provide these services to anyone and everyone. Alan uses fitting techniques that work to produce better quality golf shots.
