DO NOT FORGET THE PEOPLE WHO HELP MAKE THIS POSSIBLE.

Like them. Follow them. Share them. Add them to your stories, your feed, send them to your mates — whatever you can do to get behind the sponsors supporting Queensland’s Strongest Man & Woman.

Competitions like this don’t just magically appear.

They happen because businesses, brands and — more importantly — the people behind those brands are willing to put their money, products, time and support behind Strongman.

They back the athletes.
They back the promoters.
They back the crazy ideas.
They back the sport.

So let’s make sure we back them.

If you see one of our sponsors pop up over the weekend, give them a follow. Share their stuff. Check out what they do. And when you need something they offer, support the businesses that support our community.

Strongman grows when the people within it support the people investing back into it.

Support those who support us.
Grow the community.
Grow the passion.
Grow the sport.

And to every sponsor who has backed Queensland’s Strongest Man & Woman 2026 — thank you.

We genuinely could not put on the competition we want to put on without you.

Now everyone else — go show them some love.

â˜•đŸ”„ COFFEE. BBQ. STRONGMAN. WE’VE GOT THE IMPORTANT STUFF COVERED. đŸ”„â˜•

Queensland’s Strongest Man & Woman isn’t just bringing the strongest athletes in the state together this weekend — we’re making sure nobody has to survive two full days of Strongman on an empty stomach or without caffeine.

Both Saturday & Sunday we’ll have a coffee van AND BBQ food van on location at The Strength Junction.

☕ COFFEE VAN supplied by Madmacs Coffee and Peakerboo Moblie Coffee Van
Keeping athletes, spectators, volunteers and officials sufficiently caffeinated from the morning onwards.

đŸ”„ BBQ FOOD VAN supplied by WILDWOOD BARBEQUE
Hot food cooking throughout the day, because watching people deadlift ridiculous weights apparently works up an appetite too.

So whether you’re competing, helping out, or coming down to watch the action, you’ll be able to grab a feed and a coffee without having to leave the venue.

Come down, grab a coffee, get some BBQ into you and settle in for two massive days of Strongman.

⚓ OFFICIAL WEIGH-IN INFORMATION — QUEENSLAND’S STRONGEST MAN & WOMAN 2026 ⚓

With competition weekend almost here, here’s everything athletes need to know about the official weigh-in for Queensland’s Strongest Man & Woman.

📍 THE STRENGTH JUNCTION
📅 Friday 21 August
⏰ 9:00am until late

We will also have a final weigh-in opportunity on Saturday morning before 8:00am for athletes unable to attend Friday.

IMPORTANT — THERE WILL BE NO REMOTE WEIGH-INS.

All athletes must weigh in in person at The Strength Junction. Please make arrangements to attend during one of the available periods.

Weigh-in will also be your official athlete check-in. At this time you will:

‱ Complete your official competition weigh-in
‱ Collect your athlete bag
‱ Collect your competition shirt/s
‱ Have your official athlete photo taken for the StrengthTech app

Please allow enough time to complete the entire check-in process rather than arriving just to jump on the scales.

If you are competing in a weight class, making weight remains the athlete’s responsibility, so plan your weigh-in time accordingly.

Once you’ve weighed in, collected your gear and had your photo taken, you’re checked in and ready for the weekend.

Turns out when CERBERUS STRENGTH sponsors a Strongman comp, they don’t just send a banner and wish everyone luck.

They send an entire arsenal.

And this year, Queensland’s Strongest Man & Woman has the honour of being the first Australia’s Strongest sanctioned competition to put Cerberus Strength’s new equipment to work. 🇩đŸ‡ș

Cerberus have supplied:

Cerberus Sandbags
Sandstone Bags
Throwing Bags
Calibrated Plates
Deadlift Bars

All brand new. All ready for competition.

We’d like to say we’ll look after it
but unfortunately we’ve invited a large group of strong people whose entire purpose is to pick it up, throw it, drop it and generally test exactly how much punishment it can handle.

Cerberus Strength have been huge supporters of Strongman and we’re incredibly proud to have them backing Australia’s Strongest Man & Woman and Queensland’s Strongest Man & Woman.

A massive thank you to Cerberus Strength Australia for continuing to invest in the sport and giving Australian athletes access to world-class Strongman equipment.

First sanctioned comp. New Cerberus equipment.

Seems only fair Queensland gets to break it in.

Refer to our stories for a clearer picture

This is the area where the strength junction is. Close by is the AFL grounds.

We will have the gates closed to The Strength Junction compound Saturday and Sunday as we need all the space in there as we can get. The driveway and alley way leading in, is a no parking zone also as we need access in case of an emergency. Out the front there is Bridgestone and it is limited parking.

We highly recommend everyone park at the AFL grounds there is ample space along the grassed area next to the oval and in the bitumen car park.

Regards
TSJ Team

⚡ PURSUIT PHYSIO — ON-SITE AT QLD’S STRONGEST

The legends from Pursuit Physio will be on deck all weekend, providing day-of treatment from The Strength Junction’s physio room.

They’re also bringing the NEUBIE¼ by NeuFit — because apparently telling your body “we’ve still got five events to go” isn’t considered legitimate medical treatment.

Treatment. Movement. Recovery. A little electricity. ⚡

Pursuit Physio have your back — quite possibly literally.
