Today is R U OK? Day 💛

A reminder that a simple “Are you OK?” can open the door to an important conversation.

Today, take a moment to check in with the people around you — your friends, family, colleagues, neighbours, and anyone who might need a little extra support.

And remember, checking in shouldn’t stop today. Keep asking, keep listening, and keep showing up for the people around you. Sometimes, knowing someone cares can make all the difference. 💛

There’s more to say after R U OK?
