With registrations filling quickly, we’d like to clarify a few things to ensure the process remains fair for everyone.

Any whānau who have registered under the incorrect age group will be contacted. If the correct age group is already full, those players will be placed on the waitlist for their eligible team.

Our U11s have been full for over three weeks, and we’ve noticed some registrations coming through in other age groups in an attempt to secure a place. These registrations will be reviewed and corrected.

We need our registration numbers to remain as accurate as possible to help with planning, team allocations, and to ensure fairness for the tamariki and whānau who registered as soon as registrations opened.

Please also take the time to read the registration criteria carefully, as the registration process, eligibility requirements, and waitlist procedure are all outlined there.

Please remember that all registrations are time-stamped. If a position becomes available, waitlisted players will be offered a place in the order their registration was received.
