She debuted our logo on her playing gear at the recent QLD State Champs. Playing alongside her partner Ellen McDonagh, who trains with us at PPF Wynnum, the pair took out the silver medal in the 35+ women's doubles after a nail biting 3-set final.

Meet Clare, our July client of the month!
Clare's quiet persistence is exactly what Pilates is all about! She's been practicing for 15 years, and she still walks into every class with the same curiosity, listening to what her body needs and taking the time to refine her technique rather than rush through it.
Living with permanent musculoskeletal problems, Clare has used Pilates to stay mobile and flexible, and Reformer paired with twice-weekly stretch is her go-to combination. Her advice to beginners says it all: take each class at your own pace and focus on technique, because it's something that can last a lifetime.
