Our final Matwork Fundamentals course of 2026 is happening this October, and there’s still time to secure your spot!

Here’s something we wish more people knew: anyone can become a Pilates instructor. You don’t need a fitness background or years of experience behind you, all it takes is a love of the movement and a real desire to help people. From there comes the flexibility to build your own schedule, the joy of helping people move and feel better, and work that rarely feels like just a job (all in activewear).

Created by our very own Mrs. PPF (Emily), our instructor training is built so you graduate ready to teach your first class with confidence. It’s comprehensive and hands on, you’re supported well beyond the studio days, and every course is AUSactive accredited, so your qualification carries real weight in the industry when it comes time to fill your teaching schedule.

You’ll join us across two weekends at our Wynnum studio, the 10th to 11th and the 24th to 25th of October. Early bird pricing is on now and saves you $100 on the course, but it wraps up at midnight on September 19, so make sure you grab your spot while it lasts. We would love to see you on the mat! Say hello to our September Client of the Month, Amila!

When Amila walked into our Wynnum studio back in January, she'd never done Pilates in her life. Nine months on, she's one of our most consistent early-morning regulars whose energy lifts the whole room. Matwork is where the foundations of Pilates lives. No reformer, no springs, just your own body working against gravity, and it has this honest way of showing you exactly where you’re strong and where there’s room to grow.

That’s the whole reason we teach Matwork to our Pilates instructor students before Reformer! We start on the mat because this is where the foundations get built. The breath, the core connection, the movement patterns, the actual language of Pilates.
