WE'RE SO CLOSE!
This weekend, our Ravens junior teams will proudly wear their craziest socks as part of the SEQ Juniors Charity Round, supporting Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our Ravens families, sponsors and community, we've already raised an amazing $672.95!
That means we're less than $80 away from reaching our $750 fundraising goal.
If you've been thinking about donating, now is the perfect time. Whether it's $5, $10 or $20, every contribution helps Ronald McDonald House continue supporting families with seriously ill or injured children when they need it most.
Let's see if the Ravens community can get us over the line before the weekend! ππ

Thank you to everyone who has already supported this wonderful cause. We couldn't do it without you.

This weekend our players will proudly wear colourful socks as part of the Ronald McDonald House Charity Carnival Round.
While our kids will be out enjoying their footy, we're also playing for something much bigger. Helping keep families together when their child is seriously ill or injured. Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland provides accommodation and support so families can stay close to their child during the toughest times.
The Rochedale Ravens have set a goal to beat last year's effort, where we finished ππ§π π¨π―ππ«ππ₯π₯ for funds raised across all participating clubs. We'd love your help to get there!
Whether you're a Ravens family, a past player, sponsor, local business or simply someone who wants to support a great cause, every donation, big or small, will make a real difference

Last night a fantastic group of Ravens volunteers completed their First Aid and CPR training at Rochedale State School
A big thank you to Brad from Brisbane First Aid for running an excellent course and sharing plenty of practical knowledge that will help keep our players safe throughout the season.
We're lucky to have such dedicated volunteers willing to give up their time to support the club and our kids.
Thanks everyone for stepping up and helping make the Ravens a safer place to play footy!

As we head into the school holiday break, we'd like to recognise our Thr33 coffee Milkshake Moment recipients from Round 8.
These awards aren't always about goals or big stats. They're about effort, improvement, courage and the little moments that make a difference for their team.
A huge congratulations to all of this week's recipients.
We're incredibly proud of the progress every player has made so far this season. The improvement, teamwork and confidence across all our teams has been fantastic to watch, and we can't wait to see what the second half of the season brings.
Junior football returns with Carnival Round on 11 July, before regular fixtures resume with Round 9 on 18 July.

One final hit out before the school holidays. Kids vs Parents Game 2.
The kids took the chocolates in Game 1 and head into Wednesday with a 1-0 series lead.
Can the parents square the ledger?

Round 8 wrapped up with a fantastic 63-36 win for our U11 Mixed team over Calamvale, while our U11 Girls enjoyed a well earned bye before the school holiday break.
A huge thank you to Toyota Material Handling (TMHA) for supporting this week's results wrap.
We head into the holidays proud of the effort, improvement and team first attitude shown across the club. Before we take a break, we'll see everyone on Wednesday for Kids vs Parents Game #2. Parents, start stretching those hammies now!

From 10β19 July, weβre proud to celebrate Ronald McDonald House Charity Round across all Youth grades, alongside our Junior Carnival Round.
This round is an opportunity for our AFL community to support and raise awareness of the incredible work Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland does for families of seriously ill children.
This year, weβre looking to share a story from within our community. If you or someone at your club has been supported by the Ronald McDonald House and is open to sharing their experience, weβd love to hear from you.
Ideally, weβre looking to connect with a current player or committee member, but anyone involved with one of our clubs is encouraged to reach out.
If this sounds like you or someone you know, please speak to your club for more information and how you can get in touch.
