Only teachers and coaches truly understand how challenging it can be to get a large group of young children focused long enough to explain something - even standing still for 30 seconds can be a big ask!
That’s why we are so impressed with our Baby-Badgers. Every lesson, five minutes before class starts, they form a circle and take turns choosing stretches. They use this time to settle their minds, focus their bodies, and get ready for training.
Even many adults forget to stretch properly before class, so well done, Baby-Badgers! Your focus, patience, and teamwork are something to be very proud of.
