At Powerhouse Gym, our standards are not about being difficult — they’re about creating the best possible environment for every single member.

Our Gym Floor Rules are in place to maintain:
• Cleanliness
• Safety
• Respect for shared spaces
• Equipment longevity
• The overall member experience

Most importantly:
NO TOWEL = NO TRAIN

This is not a new rule unique to our facility. The “No Towel, No Train” policy has long been a standard across gyms and fitness facilities worldwide.

Search “No Towel No Train” on Instagram and you’ll quickly see this is .

Towels are required at all times on the gym floor and form part of our Conditions of Entry.

If a team member approaches you regarding a towel or any other gym floor rule, please understand this is not personal and you are not being singled out. Our team are simply doing their job to ensure all members are following the same conditions of entry and helping us uphold the standard and culture of the facility.

Yesterday morning we held our very first Mother’s Day event — and honestly? It exceeded every expectation.

Hearing our members and guests say they felt special, that they loved the vibe, that they didn’t want to leave — that is everything to us. That is exactly what we set out to create and it means the world to know we delivered that for you.
Watching women move, restore and connect with each other in this space — the conversations, the laughs, the energy in the room — it was something really beautiful to be part of.
