Sixteen years ago, I embarked on what would be a life changer, the biggest blessing then. I became a Zumba instructor, walking into the fitness industry as a professional, until today.
Zumba was and still is my therapy, my stabiliser, my joy, my home! My knees differ a little bit but I can still sort of manage them… 😆😆😆
This month and February I will be celebrating the honour of being the Illawarra’s region first Zumba instructor back in 2010, and still dancing in one of Brisbane’s little corners!
I have the best memories because of it, met an infinity of legends and still love so much to dance!
If there’s a stage I will always be dancing!! ❤️🎶
