πͺ SRSR Tip of the Day β Be Patient. Results Are Coming.
If you've started adding strength training to your running program and you're not seeing results yet β don't give up.
Regular strength sessions improve your running economy meaning you run faster and further using less energy. They also significantly reduce your risk of injury by building the muscles and connective tissue that support every stride.
The secret is consistency. Just two sessions per week is enough to make a real difference over time.
Results take weeks β sometimes months. But every session counts and your body is adapting even when you can't see it yet.
