Introducing 'Ageing Strong' — a dedicated program at Pilates on Collingwood Street designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and keep doing the things you love.

Created for older adults who want to move with confidence, each class provides expert guidance, encouragement and the support of a small community.

Choose from four weekly sessions:

💪 Monday — Strength
🧘 Tuesday — Reformer
🌿 Wednesday — Stretch
💪 Thursday — Reformer (+ our early 7:15am Ageing Strong Balance class)

All sessions are at 10:15am and limited to a maximum of 8 people, so our instructors can give you genuine attention, understand your needs and celebrate your progress.
