With Reece Walsh unavailable, Hayze was handed the keys at fullback and absolutely made the most of his opportunity. Safe at the back, dangerous with the footy and heavily involved in a desperately needed Broncos victory.

After helping Brisbane get the job done in the Nation’s Capital, Perham has also extended his stay at Red Hill, activating the clause in his contract that will keep him a Bronco for 2027. 🤝

The Broncos are back home on Thursday night to take on the Storm in our final home game of the season, and regardless of how this year has unfolded, this is one worth getting to.

The side is in, the challenge is massive, and the boys will need every bit of noise they can get from the stands against Melbourne.

But this night is about more than just the result.

It’s also our chance to say thank you and goodbye to Adam Reynolds at Suncorp Stadium.

Reyno won’t be out there in the No. 7 jersey, but after everything he has given this club, he deserves a packed house and a proper Brisbane farewell.

The Broncos head to CommBank Stadium on Sunday looking to put an end to a three-game losing streak — and there are some big changes to the side.

First and foremost…

ALI IS BACK. 🙌

Ali Brigginshaw returns from suspension and slots straight back into the halves alongside Jesse Southwell.

That reshuffle sees Georgia Bartlett move to the wing, with Caitlin Urwin dropping out of the 17.

There’s also a major change through the middle, with Lillian Yarrow named to start at lock and Bree Spreadborough shifting back to the interchange.

After such a strong start to the season, the last few weeks have been unfamiliar territory for this side.

Now the question is whether these changes — and the return of one of the club’s biggest leaders — can help steady the ship.
