đź’ś Not All Disabilities Are Visible đź’ś
When most people think of disability, they often think of something they can see.
But many disabilities are invisible.
Conditions such as autism, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, epilepsy, acquired brain injuries, chronic fatigue, and many other health conditions can significantly impact a person's daily life, even when there are no obvious physical signs.
Someone may look fine on the outside while managing challenges that others cannot see.
That's why kindness, patience, and understanding are so important.
We never truly know what someone may be navigating behind the scenes.
At Sunridge Support Solutions, we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, regardless of whether their disability is visible or invisible.
Let's continue to build communities where people feel supported, understood, and accepted for who they are.
đź’ś A little understanding can make a big difference.

I used to think building a legacy meant doing everything myself.
Now? It means hiring the right people and letting go of my control issues.
Because being the “only one who can do it” isn’t power.
It’s a burnout loop disguised as importance.
I’m building something that doesn’t collapse when I take a nap.
That’s the legacy I’m interested in.
If it's something that speaks to you
You know what to do

If your income stops when sessions stop,
you don’t have freedom yet.
You have a time-for-money ceiling.

Being fully booked isn’t the goal.
Being well paid with room to breathe is.
That’s the upgrade.

When your inner world is chaotic,
no amount of money will feel like enough.

Something I’ve been reflecting on lately…
I love coaching. I love the work I do with therapists.
But I’ve also had to be really honest with myself about something:
Any business that depends entirely on me being there every day… comes with pressure.
And over the past few months, my body has made it very clear that I don’t want to build something that only works when I’m “on.”
So behind the scenes, my husband and I are expanding the offline disability business — building a team, putting systems in place, and creating something that doesn’t rely on me doing all the work.
Not because I’m changing direction.
But because I’m living the exact thing I teach:
👉 income and impact that don’t depend on constant availability
👉 businesses built with support, not self-sacrifice
👉 creating legacy, not just workload
I’m not adding more to my plate.
I’m restructuring so there’s less day-to-day pressure on me.
And honestly? This is the kind of growth I want for the therapists I work with too.
Freedom isn’t just about money.
It’s about not being the only thing holding your business together.

Being fully booked is supposed to feel successful… so why does it secretly feel like a trap? ️ ⏬️
