Start your weekend with the Pinnacle Saturday Double up of

🏃 Run Club - 5:30am
💪 Bootcamp - 6:45am

Our Run Club is the perfect way to build towards the Bridge to Brisbane the back it up with our Bootcamp, where you’ll finish the morning with a full-body workout combining strength, conditioning and plenty of variety. Both classes It’s suitable for all fitness levels, and your Pinnacle Trainers will make sure everyone gets a great session. Stick around afterwards and join us for a coffee at Fonzie Abbott.

Another big week at Pinnacle 💪🏼

The gym has been busy from open to close, with strong numbers across our classes, PT sessions and members getting their own training in.

Our Run Club continues to grow, new programs are kicking off, and more members are booking in for Personal Training. It’s great to see people making use of everything Pinnacle has to offer, whether that’s group training, one-on-one coaching or training on their own schedule. 🏃

You have all been training well this week. The consistency and effort right across the gym has been excellent, and it’s been great to see so many of you continuing to make progress, whether you’re in a class, at Run Club, working with a PT or training on your own.

If you’ve been thinking about getting started with our Run Club, classes or Personal Training, have a chat to one of our team at the gym. We’d be happy to talk through your goals and help you find the option that suits you best.

Saturday mornings just got better.
Saturday Double Up🏃💪☕

If you’ve been thinking about getting into running, training for the Bridge to Brisbane, or simply want to start your weekend with a great group of people, this is for you.

We kick things off with Run Club at 5:30am. Whether you’re training for your first 5km, taking on the 10km, or just looking to build some consistency, everyone is welcome. All running levels are catered for, and we make sure no one gets left behind.

Then it’s straight into Bootcamp at 6:45am for anyone keen to take on the Saturday double. All fitness levels are welcome, so whether you’re just starting out or train every week, you’ll fit right in.

After the session, hang around and join us for a coffee at Fonzie Abbott. Each week, our Male and Female Bootcamp MVPs will have their coffee shouted by us.

Pinnacle Weekly Wrap

Another strong week at Pinnacle with huge class numbers across the board. It’s great to see so many of you consistently showing up, training hard and making the most of everything on offer.

Our Run Club is now in full swing, with two sessions each week designed to have you in the best shape possible for the Bridge to Brisbane in September.

Whether you’re taking on the 5km or 10km event, these sessions will help build your fitness, confidence and running capacity leading into race day.
