Hello September 👋

We have a big month ahead at MyFirstGym Hawthorne, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

This month is all about creating more opportunities for kids to move, play, explore and make memories.

We have our themed Date Night coming up on Saturday 12th September, giving the kids a night of fun while parents get some well-earned time to themselves.

Then the school holidays arrive, with our School Holiday Programs bringing even more opportunities for kids to stay active, try something new and have an adventure with their friends.

All of this with some very exciting focuses coming up in classes, to round out what has been an incredible term 3. The Coaches cannot wait to see you all in classes!

WHAT A TEAM!!! WHAT A CLUB!!! WHAT A COMMUNITY!!! 💙

This week has been one of reflection, recognition and celebration for Team Hawhthorne at the Annual MyFirstGym Conference and Awards night. We spent a lot of quality time learning about the leaders we are to your kids and families, as well as the leaders we are living for our community.

Among the many amazing moments from the Annual Conference, was the awards night, where we celebrated some very incredible people and some very special milestones. 💙

Coach Grace, Coach Oscar and Coach Nic were all awarded their 1000 class milestones. An incredible testament to their dedication for our members.

MyFirstGym Hawthorne was fortunate enough to be celebrated as the Community Club of the Year, marking the second time the Club has won this award, proving the people first approach we take as a team, and the success we have had bringing our programs and coaches to our local communities. This is also a wonderful representation of the trust our communities has in us. Thank you everyone!!!

Unfortunately Coach Oscar didn’t come away with the Coach of the Year Award, nor did Coach Grace come away with the Ambassador of the Year award. The nomination alone and recognition of these two amazing humans can not be understated, and we are all incredibly grateful to have them on our team. This is a telltale sign of not just their incredible skills as Coaches, but the amazing people and leaders they are turning into. Watch out for these two next year!

Coach Jarred was awarded with his 5000 class award, and was also fortunate enough to win Ambassador of the Year. This is an incredible achievement and one that highlights his hard work in bringing out the best in the people around him.

We will continue to celebrate, and reflect on an incredible last 12-18 months. However, watch as we move onto bigger and better things for our people and communities over the next few weeks! Thank you to you all for trusting us and showing up for us, and for the moments and magic that have gone into our incredible team! We can’t wait to see what is next for us all! 💙
