We recently had the opportunity to team up with our partners, Dolphins NRL, to deliver a fun surprise to a local Junior Rugby league club.

We always love to team up with our partners to support these community initiatives, as part of our mission in growing sport in Australia from the grassroots up.

It’s always special for junior players to be able to connect and learn first hand from some of the elites in the game, which they can carry with them in their sporting journeys.

But it is also equally valuable for the elite players and ourselves as a business, to be able to see the positive impact these moments can have on the lives of young athletes and experiencing the joy in giving back to the communities that are at the core of all that we do.

Applications are now open for funding from Sporting Schools, an initiative from the Australian Government, delivered by the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) in collaboration with the Australian Institute of Sport.

The program provides funding to eligible schools so they can partner with recognised sporting organisations to run structured sport and physical activity programs during school hours or as part of extracurricular activities.

Schools apply for funding each school term, and if successful, can use the grant to deliver approved Sporting Schools programs through more than 40 participating national sporting organisations and organisations for people with disability.

For schools, it's a valuable opportunity to introduce students to new sports, strengthen links with community clubs, and increase participation without placing additional financial pressure on families.

We recently had the opportunity to team up with our partners, the Dolphins NRL, to deliver a fun surprise to a local Junior Rugby league club.

Down at the Albany Creek Crushers grounds, several players and staff from the Dolphins showed up to one of the club's Junior trainings to put on a very special session for the kids, featuring some great HART Sport equipment we proudly supplied. The club also received a grant from the Dolphins to support them in purchasing some fresh gear.
